Tysons Limited are registered valuers, estate and managing agents, and certified realtors for the Boma Yangu affordable housing programme. For the Lumumba project in Kisumu, they needed marketing that showed buyers the scale of the development and where it sits in the city.
We flew the site to show the towers rising over Kisumu with Lake Victoria beyond, walked the site with the contractors on the ground, and recorded a resident in their own words. The film was cut in landscape and as a vertical social reel, with unit-pricing graphics. We also photographed a finished Tysons residential development, up close and from the air.
